Supporting our customers and clients impacted by COVID-19

During this pandemic situation, we understand and recognize that many of our customers and clients may still experience a range of difficulties, possibly in making repayments or experiencing challenges with cash flow and beyond.

At HSBC Malaysia, we will continue to help provide assistance for those who need help and stay in touch with our customers to help them navigate the challenges and uncertainty generated by COVID-19. For retail customers that might have difficulty with their monthly loan or financing payments, we encourage you to reach out to us and talk about your circumstances and how we can help. The type of assistance we may be able to provide will vary depending on your individual circumstances and our team will aim to provide you with temporary relief from your monthly repayments. Important updates

Temporary extension of expired HSBC/HSBC Amanah Debit Card/-i

Due to Covid-19 situation, we have temporarily extended the usage period for HSBC/HSBC Amanah Debit Cards/-i ("Debit Card/-i") that have expired.

Delay in delivery of physical statements

From 18 Mar 2020, delivery of credit card/-i and banking physical statements. Your current statements are available in digital format on both online and mobile banking.

MEPS ATM withdrawal fees waiver

We are waiving all MEPS ATM withdrawal fees from 6 April 2020 until the end of the Movement Control Order period. You may withdraw from any bank's ATM nationwide using your HSBC/HSBC Amanah ATM cards and fees won't apply.
